  • Successfully engineered, programmed, hosted and designed new cloud based CRM, quoting and policy generating system for 23 agent insurance agency;

EDUCATION CREDIT SERVICES / NATIONAL ASSET MANAGEMENT; A Private Collection Agency, Executive Vice President, 1993-2001

Held a key role on the senior management team; responsible for the client development and retention goals and budget as well as the operational development of a $17 million collection agency. Created, implemented, and improved the effectiveness of client recovery programs and performed market research to create and promote new product lines. Supervised the information technology department to ensure adequate LAN/WAN and telephone administration between four national offices.

    Helped design, develop and implement all operational, sales and marketing core competencies from the date of incorporation;
  • Chief Architect in the design and implementation of five different risk evaluation scoring matrices

  • Created new markets and leading services for specific government programs, products, services and sectors to meet the continuous changes made to regulations and federal legislation;
  • Client and Industry spokesman and successfully negotiated a change in 20-year old federal regulation that prohibited collection agency access to $300M marketplace; and

UNGER & ASSOCIATES INC.; A Private Collection Agency, Director, Sales, Compliance and Quality Control, 1988-1993

Served as on-site consultant to clients for FFELP loan program and participated in the reauthorization of the Higher Education Act of 1965. Created and implemented tax collection, child support enforcement, guarantor collection and default prevention programs. Developed comprehensive quality control plans for each of the programs while keeping company well informed of all applicable new or updated federal, state, and local collection laws and regulations. Generated new market opportunities to meet the needs of thousands of lenders nationwide while generating more than $3M in revenue in 18 months.


COMMERCIAL CORPORATION OF AMERICA; A Private Collection Agency, former division of Corliss Credit Services, Director, Collection Programs, 1984-1988

Dictated the collections for numerous, federal, state, and private contracts while serving on the team to create a default prevention/early-out collection program prototype. Designed and deployed new collection infrastructure leading unprofitable medical collection division to a profitable status in eight months.
